I am a vegetarian who has a cholesterol reading of 205. What is the best way to lower my cholesterol naturally?

    The, my mother was “no more than 1 egggs per day, it has to much cholestorol”

    wee, the medeicine today says that the white and yellow balance each other out, so I would not worry much about that.
