How much lecithin should one take to reduce plaque in arteries?

Is there a natural remedy for arterial plaque removal like niacin , lecithin and vitamin D?

    I know that high triglycerides can be treated with niacin – not niacinamide. It has to be niacin. Doctor told us the dose was based on the flush. So take the lowest dose that results in the flush – which may need to be increased over time.
    You could probably double the recomended dose of lecithin safely for a week or 2. Good luck
