Is eating only amino acid,vitamin and mineral supplements better than eating organic diet?

Why shouldn’t be eating everything from supplements instead of whole foods? Is there research on this?

    You should contain all the nutrients in your diet. Since amino acids are sources for protien, and you have vitamins and minerals. Then you should include sources for carbohydrates and fats. In my opinion, i think that the organic diet is totally better.

    Our body is made for organic diet! Search information about people that MUST feed with supplements (e.g. people that are in coma): they have a lot of problems because of their diet.

    Amino acids and vitamins are supplements, not substitutes. Eating organic/whole foods means you’re getting fiber too along with natural enzymes and liquids from the fruit or vegetable.
