Biotin is very good for your hair and nails. For fish oil, make sure it has high purity as there are lots of fish oil products that are low grade. Visit http://www.amazingacnecure.com/fishoil.html for more info.

This is a very good post. Fish oil supplements are very good for the human body. But one must be careful to see that they are extracted from the best oily fish from areas which are least contaminated. They should also be prepared by molecular distillation. This is an informative post. To get the best fish oil, one has to be very wary of the supplements we buy. It is important to be vigilant about the composition of fish oil. The best fish oil comes from Hoki fish, found near New Zealand. It has to be extracted by molecular distillation and should contain the adequate quantities of DHA and EPA. It may or may not be flavored to hide the fishy smell.

I have heard that fish oil pills can help you feel energized throughout the day and can help with memory. I have been considering taking them, but I am not sure about the details. I would appreciate any personal experiences or information about taking fish oil pills. Thanks!

I think you should look for a high-grade fish oil that contains high levels of omega 3 fatty acids and has been tested for levels of mercury, PCB’s, dioxins and other contaminants. Some fish oil manufacturers will provide a Certificate of Analysis so you’ll know that the oil has been tested and what the results were. You can also try using pharmaceutical-grade fish oils that use molecular-distillation to process the oil.

Its unfortunate that there are relatively few comparative studies between the fish oil makers. Even fewer for Krill oil. So when it comes to deciding what are the best supplements to consume, its left mostly up to the consumer to make wise choices.

    Tips I would offer are:

    1. Visit the fish oil vendors website and check to see if they offer proof of an process to purify their products.

    2. Stay away from very small vendors, as it would be more difficult to verify the product they offer. Even though they may offer a very good product, its just harder for a consumer to know.

    3. Consider krill oil over regular fish oil if you need the additional vitamins that is intolerantly within these oils.

    4. Don’t forget that one of the healthiest things that a person can do is consume lots of water!
