      probiotics …….. dairy free …… and that’s it.

      i don’t eat out of a packet though and i eat some low sugar fruits and loads and loads of green vegies, some brown rice, quinoa, lean meats and fishes, organic nuts and seeds like almonds and brazil nuts ……. i don’t eat processed sugar or processed salt at all and i avoid sodas and pop like the plague….. probiotics help with the digestive process by encouraging the growth of beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract and also help maintain optimal intestinal pH, which, in turn, helps with complete digestion…… probiotics also increase the absorption of minerals, such as calcium, magnesium and sometimes iron too….. they also produce some of the B vitamins, including biotin, niacin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin B6…… the B complex of vitamins are essential for healthy neural, immune and digestive functioning……. yes they work …….. fabulously so buddy ….. my digestive system is eternally gratefull for all the good flora the probiotics help to recolonise.

      i’m coeliac, lactose intolerant, intolerant to soy and eggs and processed sugar ……..so yeah, i have to be excrutiatingly carefull what i put in my mouth ….. and that includes vitamins and other supplements.

      probiotics work for moi.

      I think i get all the vitamins i need from fruit and veg. Only reason i would ever take any would be if I felt i needed a boost after being ill or whatever, or maybe folic acid if i was pregnant. Occasionally take echinacea if there’s colds or flu going about.

      Beer,cigarettes and deep fried shark fins.
