maddyblue20002000, Acai berries are a relatively newly discovered berry from South America that has some amazing characteristics. The acai berry is really high in anti-oxidants and really helps people loose weight . There are lots of health advantages to acai berries, but they must be frozen right after harvest to make sure they retain thier maximum potency. One of the most populat brands of acai suppliments is acai berry power 500. Many talk show hosts have done profiles on the health benefits of acai. http://www.findacaiberry.com

its suppose to cleanse your body of all the bad air you breath in and all the bad chemicals in foods.. basically it makes you poop more.. its a scam don’t get it. Honestly it’s not healthy for you it’s just a laxetive.

All it does is cleanse your body of all its toxins. It does nothing for weight loss.

Acai berry curbs your appetite and has other health benefits. It has a lot of antioxidants and is good for you skin and hair. It does help with weight loss but you gotta wat right and exercise too. There is no magic pill that will do it all for you.

I have used acai berry capsules for 4 months now – I lost 14 pounds during the first 6 weeks. I feel they give me more energy so I exercise more which helps. The health benefits are well documented. The capsules have anti oxidants and vitamins and minerals. I will continue using them because they make me feel good – simple as that. But the free trials have some bad reports – like not being able to cancel. I paid upfront – cost me $120 for 6 months supply – but that was effectively half price because I got 3 free bottles – you would normally pay £40 per month I think. So I look on it as $0.65 per day and if it works for me I will carry on using them. No matter what the sceptics say!

If the ONLY thing Acai did for you was to cleanse your body of toxins, then it would still be a very good addition to your daily diet.

I’ll make a short list here of the valuable elements in Acai berries and you can do some further research on these, to make your own mind up:

    Fiber
    Phytosterols
    Anthocyanins
    Amino Acids
    Omega Oils
    Antioxidants
    Cleansing agents

Yes, the acai is a wonderful antioxidant agent. Yes it is a powerful cleansing agent and yes it can have overall health and weight management properties.

I’ve been using Acai for years, from way back in the days before hollywood discovered it’s benefits.

It’s a wonderful supplement and for anybody who’s ever suffered from tapeworm or ringworm will know, ONLY cleansing your body is a pretty good start.

The health benefits is similar to that of grapes, but multiplied tenfold. Also, most of the supplements you get will combine a concentrated acai formula with other vitamins and minerals. It’s not some magic weight loss pill, but combined with healthy diet and exercise, it can go a long way to improving your health.

If it is a good quality acai berry product, then yes, it is worth it. Acai is the best known antioxidant fruit that is known on the planet. The antioxidants in acai help to cleanse your body. The natural lipids in acai help to give you more energy and stamina. The fiber in acai helps digestion and fat loss.

I’ve been using acai berry products for a couple of months now and I’ve noticed that yes they do work. I used them when I wanted to trim off about 15lbs.

I knew that diet and exercise alone would help achieve that goal alone but I needed something to help me with my mid afternoon snacking urges. This is where I found the acai berry really helped me.

It helped to curb those mid afternoon urges which meant when I went out jogging later that night I wasn’t just jogging to work off that bag of Doritios I snacked on around 3pm instead I was actually working off the weight I wanted..

After a couple months I now no longer needed the supplements and can manage my weight more easily, so I found that yes they really did help speed up my weight loss goals when I used them along with a diet and exercise program, as the berries gave me more energy and helped to curb my appetite
