when is the best time to take vitamin B, what are the benefits from it? how about Omega-3 fatty acids?

Its hard finding the anwsers online! all they want to do is sell you the stuff, not help you understand it! I would just like to know of the benifits of taking these would be–if any– and when the best time take them would be if i am already taking other vitamins. If you have any knowledge on this, I would appreciate your advice – thanks so much! ….enjoy the day=)

    there is B complex and that gives you energy which is really great for you, if you drink or smoke, milk thistle is really good for that, depression you should use, b complex, st. johns wort and also cell food which you can find in health food stores, it prevents cancers cells from developing and gives you more oxygen. If you lack meat in your diet flax seed oil is best, put it in a blueberry frozen shake from natural ingredients for best taste results.
